Please read carefully before scheduling.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate 7 / 9 students per class. Pre-registration with payment online is required in order to reserve your spot. We encourage you to bring your own mat and block, but still have them available if needed. The room will be cleaned before and after each class and as always, we ask that if you are not feeling well, to please stay home. You will be refunded or rescheduled if you need to cancel due to illness. The instructor will place a flip chip on the front of your mat where you can choose whether or not you are comfortable with hands on assistance during class.
Please arrive 5 -10 minutes early to sign waiver and get settled. Class begins on time and the front door will be locked.
Saturdays 9: 00am & 10:30am
Enjoy an hour on your mat finding breath & movement. The focus of each sequence will be on full body mobility. We will combine both stretching & strength building of the areas we often ignore but are essential as we age for basic daily functions. This class is unheated & suitable for all levels.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30am w/ Melanie
Enjoy this Heated Power Flow designed to warm the body, increase flexibly and gain strength. 3lb weights will be available for those interested in adding another layer of challenge to their flow as you deepen your practice. You can expect the temperature of the room to be around 90 degrees. Please bring a mat, towel and water.
Tuesdays 7:30pm w/ Diva
Mats, blocks & props will be provided, set up, & put away by the instructor for this class to enhance your relaxation. This is a 60 minute, unheated, gentle class for all levels. The entire class is done on the floor. Take some quiet time on your mat mid-week to reset & restore. You will be guided through breath work, stretching, and meditation. Enjoy relaxing & supported postures using cushions and bolsters for added comfort.
Fridays 5:30pm w/ Diva
Enjoy an hour on your mat as you unwind after a long week. The focus will be on our breath combined with a gentle flow of familiar poses. Modifications will be offered to customize your practice, taking more or less as you need. Suitable for all levels.
