Cancellation Policy (Massage Services)

We understand life happens! People get sick, work schedules change, family obligations occur & you're often expected to put yourself on the back burner. For your convenience we have made it possible to reschedule your own appointments when necessary.  We ask that you give us fair notice when needing to reschedule so that we have enough time to fill the space.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, we require that you call, email, or text to let us know so that we have an opportunity to fill the space when able. 

***Preferably within a 12-24 hour notice.*** 

If you missed your scheduled appointment for any reason and did not notify us in advance, you will be charged full price via a square link. We put a great deal of time and energy into preparing the space for our clients. If you are taking up an appointment time that you fail to show up for, that takes away from someone else needing an appointment. Our website provides notification reminders to ensure you don't forget. When we don't have clients, we don't get paid. With that said, our time is valuable. Thank you for understanding!
